Information To Aid In U.S. Registration |

| An aircraft is eligible for United
States registration only if it is owned by (a) a citizen of the
United States, (b) an individual citizen of a foreign country lawfully
admitted for permanent residence in the United States, (c) a corporation
(not a U.S. citizen) lawfully organized under the laws of the United
States or any State thereof as long as the aircraft is based and
primarily used in the United States, or (d) a governmental unit,
and it is not registered under the laws of any foreign country.

International Registry Procedures |

| With the implementation of the
International Registry in March, 2006, the acquisition of certain
aircraft became increasingly time consuming, however not complicated.
The International Registry is applicable to aircraft capable
of being configured with 8 seats or more, helicopters of 5 seats
or more, and engines rated 550 shp and above. The International
Registry has nothing to do with obtaining a Certificate of Registration
to accommodate legal flights within or outside of the United States.
